Order several items and they may be produced in different facilities, then arrive separately a few days apart. You’re never charged twice, and every parcel is tracked on its own.

You get a tracking link the moment your order ships. It can take 24 hours to show movement, and international tracking often sits silent for days in transit or customs. That’s normal. Nothing in 10 business days? Email us.
Before you ask
Delivery questions
Will I pay customs or import duty?
If you’re ordering outside the United States, possibly. Duties, import VAT and handling fees are set by your country, not by us, and are payable by you on top of what you paid at checkout. The carrier normally collects them before final delivery. We declare every parcel accurately at full value. We won’t mark an order as a gift or under-declare it, because that’s customs fraud and it puts your parcel at risk of seizure.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only within 24 hours of ordering and before production starts. Email hello@offsideworldwide.com immediately with your order number. After that the item is being made and the label is set.
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly. If your country is selectable at checkout, we ship there. We can’t deliver to destinations under applicable trade sanctions, or to a handful of places where carriers won’t offer a tracked service.
Why is production slower during a drop?
Volume. When a release lands, everyone orders at once and the production queue lengthens. Expect 3 to 5 business days rather than 2. We say so on the product page before you buy, not after.
What if I refuse the parcel to avoid import charges?
Please don’t. Made-to-order items are generally not returned to sender, so a refused parcel is usually lost rather than sent back, and we can’t refund it. If import costs concern you, check your country’s threshold before ordering.
