Sizing and fit
How does Offside Worldwide fit?
Most of our tops are cut boxy, with a wider body and a shorter drop than a standard retail fit. If you want a classic, closer fit, size down. If you want the fit in our photos, take your normal size. Every product page lists flat measurements in centimetres and inches, plus the height and size of the model.
How do I measure myself?
The most reliable method is to take a garment you already own and love, lay it flat, and compare its chest and length to the measurements on the product page. That removes the guesswork of measuring your own body.
Are your pieces unisex?
Most are, and they are tagged Unisex. Sizing runs on a standard XS to 3XL scale. Anything cut specifically for a men’s or women’s block says so on the product page.
Will it shrink?
Our cotton is pre-shrunk, so expect very little movement if you follow the care label. Washing hot or tumble drying on high will shrink almost any heavyweight cotton, and that is not covered as a fault.
Drops and stock
When is the next drop?
Drops are announced by email and on social first, usually about a week ahead. The mailing list gets the exact time before anyone else. Sign up in the footer.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Essentials are restocked as a matter of course. Drop pieces are made once and generally not reproduced. When we do restock something, we label it as a restock rather than passing it off as a new release.
Do you hold stock in my cart?
No. Stock is only yours once checkout is complete. During a drop, items can disappear from a full cart, which is frustrating but is the same for everyone.
Why was my order cancelled?
Usually because it broke a per-customer purchase limit on a limited release, or our fraud screening flagged it. If you think we got it wrong, email hello@offsideworldwide.com and a person will look at it properly.
Orders, payment and delivery
What payment methods do you take?
All the methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards. Whatever is available for your region appears automatically at the payment step. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been packed, yes. Email hello@offsideworldwide.com with your order number straight away. Once it is packed, you will need to use the returns process.
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly. If your country is selectable at checkout, we ship there. Costs and times are on the Shipping and Delivery page.
Will I pay customs charges?
If you are ordering from outside the United States, possibly. Those charges are set by your own country and are not included in what you pay us. We declare parcels accurately and will not mark them as gifts.
My tracking has not moved.
Give it 24 hours domestically, and expect quiet stretches of several days on international routes, especially at customs. If nothing has changed in 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Every piece is made to order, so we don’t accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. There’s no stock to send it back to. We do replace or refund anything that arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, reported within 30 days with photos. Full detail on the Returns and Refunds page.
Do you do exchanges?
No. Because items are made to order, we can’t swap sizes. Please use the flat measurements on each product page before ordering, and email us if you’re unsure. If you need a different size, it’s a new order.
Who pays return postage?
There are no change-of-mind returns, so this only comes up for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, and in that case we cover everything and usually don’t need the item sent back at all.
Product care
How should I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang dry wherever you can. Never iron directly onto a print, and never tumble dry heavyweight fleece on high. Follow that and a hoodie will outlast several seasons.
The colour of my piece looks slightly different from another one.
On garment-dyed and vintage-wash items that is intended. Each batch takes dye slightly differently, and those product pages say so. It is not a fault and it is what gives the pieces character.
The brand
Are you affiliated with any football club?
No. We are independent and unlicensed by design. We use the language and visual culture of football, never another organisation’s crest or trade marks.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes, selectively. Email hello@offsideworldwide.com with your store, location and the accounts you already carry.
Can I collaborate with you?
We work with artists, photographers and illustrators on most drops. Send portfolios to hello@offsideworldwide.com. We look at everything, though we cannot reply to all of it.
