What we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, who it goes to, and the control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we’ll explain it in plain terms.

The short version. We collect what we need to make and ship your order, and nothing we don’t. We don’t sell your personal information for money. Your full card number never touches our servers. You can ask us what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and we won’t treat you worse for asking.

02 What we collect
Information you give us
Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, and phone number where a carrier requires it.
Account information: if you create an account: email, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), saved addresses and order history.
Payment information: entered directly with our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, the card brand and the last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
Communications: messages you send us by form, email or social, including photographs you send to support a fault claim.
Marketing preferences: your email address if you subscribe, and whether you’ve opted in or out.
Information collected automatically
Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen size and language.
Usage data: pages and products viewed, time on page, referring site and the search terms that brought you here.
Cart and session data: what you added and whether you completed checkout, so your cart keeps working across pages.
What we don’t collect
We don’t knowingly collect government identification numbers, biometric data, precise geolocation, or special category data such as health, religion, race or political opinion. Please don’t send us any of it.

What that involves
Fulfilling your order
Taking payment, sending your order to production, shipping, tracking, and handling faults or refunds.
Customer support
Answering questions and resolving problems with an order.
Account management
Letting you log in, see past orders and save addresses.
Fraud prevention & security
Screening suspicious orders, preventing bot purchases on limited drops, protecting the site.
Marketing, where permitted
Sending drop announcements and restock alerts you asked for.
Improving the store
Understanding which products and pages work, and fixing what doesn’t.
Legal & accounting
Keeping tax and transaction records and answering lawful requests.
We don’t use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud screening may flag an order for review, but a person makes the final call.
04 Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with providers who help us run the store, and only with what they need:
Our production and fulfilment partner, which manufactures and ships your order. They receive your name, shipping address and order contents.
Payment processors, to take and verify payment.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
Email and marketing platforms, to send order confirmations and, if you opted in, drop announcements.
Analytics and advertising platforms, where you’ve consented to non-essential cookies.
Hosting and infrastructure providers, which store the site and its database.
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
Authorities, where we’re legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend legal claims.
A buyer or successor, if the business is sold, merged or restructured. You’ll be told if that happens.
Some US state privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly enough to include advertising cookies. Section 8 explains how to opt out.
05 Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use four kinds:
Strictly necessary: keep you logged in, remember your cart and secure checkout. The store can’t work without these.
Preference: remember your currency, language and recently viewed products.
Analytics: tell us in aggregate how the site is used.
Marketing: measure ad performance and show relevant ads elsewhere.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout.

Until you delete the account, plus 30 days in backups.
Marketing list data
Until you unsubscribe, then suppressed so we don’t re-add you.
Support correspondence
Two years from the last message.
Analytics data
Up to 26 months, usually aggregated.
07 Security
The site is served over TLS, passwords are salted and hashed, administrative access is restricted, and card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your personal information we’ll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
08 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
Know and access: ask what we hold about you and get a copy.
Correct: have inaccurate information fixed.
Delete: ask us to erase your information, subject to records we must legally keep.
Opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
Portability: receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
Non-discrimination: we won’t give you worse pricing or service for exercising any of these.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know the categories collected, the purposes, and the categories of third parties they’re disclosed to, all set out in sections 2, 3 and 4. Residents of Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon and other states with comparable laws have substantially similar rights, including the right to appeal a refused request.
To exercise any right, email hello@offsideworldwide.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We’ll verify your identity, usually by confirming control of the email address on the account, and respond within 45 days. If we need longer we’ll tell you why. You may use an authorised agent, with proof of authorisation.
If you’re in the UK or EU, we handle your data on the legal bases of contract performance (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the store), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records). You may withdraw consent at any time and complain to your local supervisory authority.
09 International transfers
We’re based in the United States and ship worldwide, so your information will be processed in the US and potentially in other countries where our providers and production partners operate. Where we transfer data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.
10 Children
Our store isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. Customers under 18 should only use the site with a parent or guardian involved. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@offsideworldwide.com and we’ll delete it.
11 Marketing
We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can email us to be removed. Unsubscribing doesn’t stop transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations, which are part of fulfilling your order.
12 Other sites
Our pages may link to sites we don’t control, including social platforms and carrier tracking pages. Their privacy practices are their own and we’re not responsible for them.
13 Changes & contact
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights we’ll give you clear notice, by email where we hold your address.
